A man was arrested after he was found with more than 8,000 thousand packs of untaxed cigarettes in his car worth about $51,000.
Police with the Maryland Transportation Authority stopped Ronald Garci on I-95 because officers were unable to see his rear license plate and that's when they saw the cigarettes.
Police say the New Jersey resident was traveling from there to Virginia.
