Four shot, one dead in Baltimore city weekend violence

BALTIMORE, md. — Four shot people were shot and one died in Baltimore city this weekend.

The first shooting happened on Friday, just after 9 p.m., officers were sent to the 800 block of North Bentalou Street to investigate.

Officers found a 21-year-old woman who had been shot in the abdomen.

About 20 minutes later, officers were dispatched to the 4100 block of Dorchester Road.

Officers say a 19-year-old man suffered from gunshot wounds.

On Saturday, around 2:15 a.m., police heard gunfire around the 2500 block of Madison Street and N. Rose Street.

Upon arrival, the officer located two victims, an unknown man with a gunshot wound to his head and a 41 year-old man with a graze wound to his head.

The unknown man was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he died a short time later while the 41 year-old was treated and released.
