Deputies say the one-month-old puppies were stolen on September 12, from the 400 block Bethlehem Court, just after 5:00 in the afternoon.
Dawan Naquita Frazier, 24, is now charged with multiple burglary charges.
The puppies were sold, and some were even resold by people looking to make quick money. One was returned to the owner.
The puppies were not weened from their mother when they were taken, and have not gotten their immunizations from their veterinarian. The owner said the puppies had four more weeks until they are able to be without their mother.
