Saturday shootings leave young lady dead, four others injured including elderly women

BALTIMORE — A man and four women including two elderly were shot in three separate Baltimore shootings Saturday, leaving one dead.

The first happened some time before 2 a.m., in the 100 block of N. Conkling Street.

A 41-year-old man was wounded and taken to a hospital.

Around 12:52 p.m., officers heard gunfire coming from Vine Street.

They discovered 21-year-old Shaliqua Watson shot behind the 800 block.

She later died at the hospital.

Less than two hours later, a triple shooting was reported.

Three women ages 55, 71 and 75 were dropped off at an area hospital.

Investigators determined they were in the Unit block of S. Arlington Street when they were shot.

Police revealed no possible suspects or motive in either case.
