Monday marks the official start of the Back to School season.
In Baltimore County, sixth and ninth grade students can participate in “Early Entry Day,” a morning half-day that gives transitioning students a chance to meet teachers and classmates, walk throughout the school building, visit lockers, and see the cafeteria.
Classes for all Baltimore County students begin Wednesday.
Schools open Monday in Anne Arundel County. Harford County classes begin Thursday.
Students in Baltimore and Howard and Carroll counties head back Monday, Aug. 29.
