HARFORD COUNTY, Md. — On Friday, Dr. Sean Bulson, the Superintendent of Harford County Public Schools, sent out a brief video where he addressed the impact of device shortages in Harford County Public Schools.
At their August 10 Board meeting, he mentioned that they would not receive all of the devices that they'd ordered in time. In fact, they would be 15,000 devices short.
In the video, Dr. Bulson goes over how Harford County plans to move forward with their virtual learning plans.
