BALTIMORE — Republican congressional candidate Kim Klacik released a new ad focusing on Baltimore’s trash problems, among other issues.
Klacik said much of the city’s trash gathers near abandoned homes, saying the city has more than 17,000 abandoned buildings.
She said she’ll support tax credits and incentives to help residents buy and rebuild those homes.
She stated, "They [Democrats] have done nothing for us. Now they can’t hide. We are the change."
Klacik is looking to fill the seat held by Elijah Cummings, who died last year.
Tens of millions of you have shared the struggle of black people in Baltimore. You cared about our black lives more than our own leaders.

They have done nothing for us.
Now they can’t hide.
We are the change.
