A 94-year-old Laurel woman is the second person to die in the state from the West Nile Virus, according to her two daughters.
Japonette Mount says her mother, Dorothy Mount, died at the Baltimore VA Medical Center on Sept. 8. Mount says a VA Medical Center representative called the family to tell them their mother died from the West Nile Virus.
