Connor Cares inspires water safety night at Camden Yards

Connor Freed would have turn 16 last week, but when he was just 5 years old, Connor drowned in a public pool.

Had there been a defibrillator on the pool deck, his mom believes he would still be alive. Debbie Freed and Connor's uncle, former Major League baseball player Denny Neagle joined ABC2's In Focus to discuss water safety and their organization, Connor Cares.
