Text-based system for reporting bullying expands

Posted
Text 2 Stop is a resource for students to report bulling with just the tap of their smart phone.

The program was started as a pilot program in Queen Anne's County Public Schools. It's since been adopted county-wide.

Students can remain anonymous and have a conversation with someone who will pass their information to the school's counselors and principal.

It's now expanding to more districts in Maryland.  Alvin Butler, CEO of Text 2 Stop tells ABC2's In Focus what's next for the program.
