BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are looking for a 16-year-old who they say was last seen in the 1700 block of North Bentalou Street on July 17.
Police say she is known to frequent the area of Pennsylvania Avenue and Northern Parkway. She's 5 feet tall and 225 pounds.
