ANNAPOLIS — Police are investigating after a man was killed in Annapolis.
On Saturday at about 3:57 p.m., officers from the Annapolis Police Department responded to the 1100 block of Primrose Court for a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived on scene, they found 29-year-old Walters Mpang Halle Elangwe, who had injuries consistent with being shot.
He was taken to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
