PASADENA, Md. — Anne Arundel County Police are investigating two deadly crashes that happened Sunday evening in Pasadena.
The first happened around 5:45 pm on Mountain Road at Fairwood Drive.
Adam Lee Natschke, 31, was on the shoulder of the road near his home when he was struck and killed by a GMC Arcadia traveling westbound.
The driver and three passengers in the GMC were not hurt.
Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
About an hour and fifteen minutes later, 73-year-old Bernard Carl Myers crashed his Ford Explorer into a tree on Fort Smallwood Road near Chestnut Cove Drive.
He later died at Baltimore Washington Medical Center
Investigators aren't sure what caused Myers to lose control of the SUV.
Both crashes remain under investigation.
