Glen Burnie murder suspect found in Arkansas, two others accused of helping him flee

GLEN BURNIE, Md. — Police have made three arrests in the October 4 murder of 23-year-old Jose Salvador Mancia Aguilar, in Glen Burnie.

Aguilar was found just after 8 pm, lying unresponsive near the front door in the 600 block of Crain Highway North.

An autopsy determined he was killed byway of sharp force trauma.

Over the next several weeks, detectives scoured through digital evidence and interviewed several witnesses.

A person of interest was identified as 21-year-old Cristian Enrique Pleitez-Tejada.

Detectives learned Pleitez-Tejada had fled to Arkansas after the murder.

Anne Arundel County investigators flew there and arrested him on October 22.

Two more suspects, 23-year-old Gerardo Ernesto Quinteros Hernandez and Carlos Antonio Hercules-Aquino, 24, allegedly assisted Tejada's getaway.

Hernandez was arrested November 19. Five-days later, Hercules-Aquino was also taken into custody.

Both are charged with "accessory after the fact to First and Second Degree Murder."
