BALTIMORE — Thousands of people came out to watch the annual St. Patrick's Day parade in Baltimore.
This event has been around for more than 60 years. WMAR-2 News' Jamie Costello served as the emcee of the parade.
It started around two o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Washington Monument, and went down Charles Street onto Pratt Street and ended at Market Place.
Just before the parade, runners took part in the Shamrock 5K which benefits St. Vincent de Paul.
