BALTIMORE — BALTIMORE — During the month of July Baltimore City recorded 34 homicides and 78 non-fatal shootings.

Since September 2020, WMAR-2 News has tracked daily murders and shootings each month in the city.
Here is August 2022:
8/31 - 9:09 p.m.: Julian Fruh, 19, was killed in a shooting in the 4400 block of Marble Hall.
8/31 - 3:24 p.m.: A 39-year-old man was shot in the arm and leg in the 2600 block of Wilkens Avenue. He's expected to survive.
8/31 - 8:56am: Thomas Fields, 38, died after being shot multiple times in the 2300 block of Ruskin Avenue.
8/30 - 10:42p.m., Clinton Bowser, 59, died after being shot in the 2300 block of Edgemont Avenue.
8/30 - 1:19am: A 32-year-old man was shot in the shoulder in the 3700 block of Gwynn Oak Avenue. He's expected to survive. Police have arrested and charged 28-year-old Jordan Mosby, with attempted first degree murder.
8/30 - 1:06am: Jesika Tetlow, 18, died after being shot in the head inside a home in the 500 block of Tunbridge Road.
8/29 - 11:30pm: Two 40-year-old men were shot in the 1200 block of James Street. Both are expected to survive.
8/28 - 6:38 p.m.: Two men, ages 25 and 29, were shot in the 2100 block of W. Lexington Street. The 25-year-old's injuries are non-life-threatening. The 29-year-old is critical but stable.
8/27 - 8:15 p.m.: A 39-year-old man was shot in the 700 block of Glenwood Avenue. His wounds are believed to be non-life-threatening. On August 30, police arrested and charged 37-year-old Isaac Baylis, Jr. with attempted murder.
8/26 - 11:28pm: A 20-year-old woman was shot in the 2800 block of Greenmount Avenue. Her condition is unknown.
8/26 - 9:46pm: Monica Bullock, 31, was killed in a shooting in the 5300 block of Eastbury Avenue.
8/26 - 7:08pm: A 42-year-old man was shot in the 4100 block of Elkader Avenue. He's expected to survive.
8/26 - 4:16pm: A 33-year-old man checked into a hospital after being shot in the 200 block of S. Loudon Street. He's expected to survive.
8/26 - 2:55am: An 18-year-old man was shot in the 5300 block of Plainfield Avenue.
8/25- 10:11pm: A man and woman were shot in the 800 block of Kenwood Avenue. The male is in critical condition but stable, while the woman's injuries are non-life threatening. A third victim later checked into a hospital and is in critical condition but stable.
8/25 - 9:57pm: A 20-year-old woman shot in the 100 block of Collins Avenue. Her injuries are non-life threatening.
8/24 - 11:48p.m., An officer patrolling the 1600 block of West North Avenue heard discharging, and found a 27-year-old man shot in the 1700 block of North Carey Street. The victim is stable.
8/24 - 10:25p.m., Michael Daye, 33, died after being shot in the 3300 block of Greenmount Avenue.
8/24 - 12:24pm: A mass shooting at the intersection of Shirley and Park Heights Avenues left one man, identified as Kenyon Smith, dead and six others injured. The victims ages range from 22 to 70-years-old.
8/24 - 1:09a.m., An 18-year-old male was found with gunshot wounds in the 5600 block of Pioneer Drive. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
8/23 - 5:00pm: A 34-year-old was shot in the leg in the 3000 block of Oakley Avenue. He is expected to recover.
8/23 - 3:02am: A 29-year-old man was shot in the groin in the 1000 block of New Hope Circle. His injuries are non-life threatening.
8/22 - 11:49pm: A 58-year-old man was shot in the 1200 block of Washington Blvd. On September 14, police arrested 44-year-old Eric Davis, charging him with Attempted 1st Degree Murder.
8/22 - 11:35pm: A 29-year-old man was shot in the 1000 block of Gay Street. His injuries are non-life threatening.
8/22 - 10:37 p.m.: A 52-year-old man was shot in the abdomen in the 5600 block of Woodmount Avenue. He is expected to survive.
8/22 - 12:10 p.m.: Elontae Walker, 28, was shot and killed in the 2400 block of Loyola Southway.
8/21 - 9:26p.m., A 31-year-old male was found in the 2500 block of E. Hoffman Street with a gunshot wound to the foot. His injuries are non-life threatening.
8/21 -3:04a.m., A 27- year-old checked into the hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the thigh. Police have not yet determined where it happened.
8/20 - 11:52p.m., Vincent Omalu, 46, was found shot inside a crashed car in the 3500 block of E. Northern Parkway. He later died.
8/20- 5:40pm: Victorino Malabayabes, 60, died after being assaulted during a robbery in the 600 block of South Kenwood Avenue.
8/20 - 2:13 p.m., A 34-year-old man was shot in the 3700 block of Towanda Avenue. He is expected to survive.
8/20 - 12:39 a.m., Delaney Simmons, 38, died after being shot in an alley near the 2300 block of Ashton Street. On August 26, police arrested and charged Kamar Damonte Williams with first-degree murder.
8/19- 8:19p.m., A 23-year-old man was shot in the left shoulder in the 2900 block of Reisterstown Road. He is expected to survive.
8/19- 7:44p.m., A 22-year-old man was shot in the arm in the 2200 block of Christian Street. He is expected to survive.
8/19- 7:42p.m., A 28-year-old man was shot in the left forearm during a shooting in the 1600 block of E. 30th Street. He is expected to survive.
8/18- 10:05p.m., A 45-year-old man was shot in the 500 block of North Rose Street. The next day, police arrested and charged 45-year-old Nicole Jackson, aka Prince Jackson.
8/18 - 10:59a.m.,: A 45-year-old man was shot in the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue. His injuries are non-life-threatening. The suspect in the shooting has been identified as Eric McCree, he was arrested on September 20 and formally charged with attempted first degree murder.
8/18: - 1:10 a.m.: A 45-year-old man was shot in the hip in the 5400 block of Radecke Avenue. His condition is unknown.
8/17: - 8:43 p.m.: A man was critically injured in a shooting in the 1400 block of Mosher Street.
8/16: - 12:23 p.m.: A 55-year-old man was grazed by bullets in the 1200 block of West Baltimore Street. As the suspect left the scene police say he hit a man with his car on the corner of W. Baltimore Street and S. Carrollton Avenue. On February 28, 2023 police arrested 28-year-old Antoine Mayo.
8/15 - 12:49 a.m.: Eric Plater, 35, was shot to death in the 300 block of Park Avenue. On August 30, police arrested and charged 44-year-old Donte Simms with first-degree murder.
8/14 - 1:43 a.m.: Four people were shot in the 5500 block of Harford Road. Stephen Walker, 40, died on scene. A woman suffered a gunshot wound to the head and is in critical condition. Two other adults were later found at an area hospital.
8/14 - 1:02 a.m.: Two men, ages 39 and 35, were found shot in the 3500 block of Old Frederick Road. Both are stable.
8/13 - 11:31 p.m.: A man was found shot to death in the 1200 block of West Lombard Street.
8/13 - 7:50 p.m.: A 58-year-old man and 17-year-old boy were found shot in the 1000 block of East 22nd Street and the 2000 block of Cecil Avenue. Both are expected to survive.
8/13 - 5:33pm: A 17-year-old man was shot in the 200 block of South Stricker Street. Police have since charged a 15-year-old with attempted murder.
8/12 - 8:41pm: Leion Davis, 23, and William Ferebee, 24, were both found shot to death inside a car in the 4000 block of Wabash Avenue.
8/12 - 6:41pm: A 30-year-old man was found shot inside a car in the 1400 block of North Montford Avenue. He later died at the hospital.
8/12 - 1:14pm: Tony Matthews, 33, died after being shot in the 4200 block of Parkside Drive.
8/12 - 4:44am: A 54-year-old man was shot in the 600 block of South Smallwood Street. His injuries are life threatening.
8/11 - 7:05am: Darius Jones, 26, was discovered lying dead in the grass in the 800 block of Bradhurst Road. Doctors later found that he'd been shot.
8/10 - 10:43a.m.: A patrol officer was driving in the 1900 block of Edmondson Avenue when a driver pulled up and advised that his passenger, 37-year-old Eric White, had been shot. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of N. Carey Street. White later died and 36-year-old Joseph Lee Jones was arrested and charged with his murder.
8/10 - 1:05am: Nigel Arrington, 24, was shot in the 5300 block of Eastbury Avenue. He died November 27, 2023. Police have since arrested and charged 25-year-old Marquise Williams.
8/9 - 8:20 p.m.: A man was shot in the head in the 900 block of N. Caroline Street. Police say he's in critical condition.
8/9 - 4:59 p.m.: A man was shot in the leg and stomach in the 1700 block of N. Mount Street. Police say he's in serious condition.
8/8 - 3:33 p.m.: Two males, ages 17 and 14, both walked into a hospital with non-life threatening gunshot wounds. At this time, detectives have not determined where this shooting occurred.
8/8 - 5:58 a.m.: Antwine Smith, 57, was shot and killed in the 1800 block of Walbrook Avenue.
8/7 - 10:51pm: A 25-year-old man and his 50-year-old mother were shot in the 1000 block of Poplar Grove Street. The mother is listed in grave condition, while her son is stable.
8/6 - 8:01 p.m.: Nykayla Strawder, 15, died after being shot in the 600 block of Linnard Street. Police say a 9-year-old pulled the trigger but will not be charged.
8/6 - 11:23 p.m.: A 37-year-old man was shot during a dispute in the 1800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Police have since arrested and charged 23-year-old Darius Peay with attempted murder.
8/6 - 4:10 a.m.: A 14-year-old boy was shot in the leg in the 600 block of McCabe Avenue.
8/5 - 8:58 pm: Chris Hale, 38, died after being shot in the 2800 block of Fenwick Avenue.
8/5 - 5:03 pm: Raquan Wyatt, 25, was shot and killed in the 3900 block of W. Belvedere Avenue.
8/5 - 3:54pm: A 29-year-old man was shot in the 1200 block of Bernard Drive. Police have since arrested and charged 29-year-old Laquawn Mantel Foster with attempted murder.
8/5 - 2:47pm: A 20-year-old man showed up at a hospital with a gunshot wound. Police believe it happened in the 1300 block of E. Oliver Street.
8/5 - 11:06am: A 42-year-old man was shot in the hand in the 2700 block of West Cold Spring Lane. He's expected to survive.
8/5 - 12:53am: A 32-year-old man was shot in the arm in the 500 block of West Preston Street. On August 25, police arrested and charged Quinton Hillery, 33, with attempted murder.
8/4 - 4:40am: A 31-year-old man was shot in the 4100 block of Eierman Road.
8/3 - 9:45 p.m.: Two men, ages 25 and 35, showed up at a hospital after being shot in the 2900 block of Belmont Avenue. The first victim's injuries are serious, while the second is expected to recover.
8/3 - 9:43 p.m.: A teenage boy was shot in the leg in the 200 block of N. Fremont Street. He is expected to survive.
8/3 - 8:20 p.m.: A 35-year-old man was found unresponsive after he was shot in the area of W. Caton Avenue and N. Hilton Street. He died September 14, 2022.
8/3 - 9:45am: A 46-year-old man was shot in the 600 block of North Luzerne Street, and is in serious condition.
8/1 - 11:01pm: A 30-year-old man was shot in the 600 block of North Glover Street. He's expected to survive.
8/1 - 9:24pm: Trevon Johnson, 27, died after he was shot in the head in the 2400 block of Kermit Court. Daquan Gilliard, 24, was arrested on August 15 and charged with murder.
8/1 - 1:56am: A 34-year-old man checked into the hospital after being shot in the 5200 block of Cuthbert Avenue.
