BALTIMORE — A beautiful day weather-wise to enjoy a parade.
Spectators lined the streets for the parade of Latino nations.
It marched down eastern avenue this afternoon, right near Patterson Park.
There were marching bands, floats, and dancers.
Mayor Brandon Scott joined in the festivities.
