UPDATE: Baltimore County homicide detectives have arrested a suspect.
The victim has been identified as 42-year-old Tyran Caulk.
18-year-old Elijah Sattler has been charged with first-degree murder, robbery, and use of a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence.
He is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center pending a bail review.

Around 3:15 p.m., officer responded to the 9900 block of Berliner Place. When officers arrived, they located one person suffering from a gunshot wound.
