BALTIMORE — Despite nearly all 24 of Maryland's jurisdictions lifting COVID-19 mask mandates, Baltimore City's remains.
On Friday Mayor Brandon Scott said at least 65 percent of city residents would need to be vaccinated before the mandate is lifted.
As of now that number stands at 55 percent who have gotten at least one dose and 45 who are fully vaccinated.
Officials hope to reach that goal by July.
