BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are looking for a missing 67-year-old man who suffers from dementia.
Ernest Carter was last seen in the area of 4700 Shamrock Avenue on July 9 at 3 p.m. He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, yellow shirt with multi-colored stripes, brown pants and white sneakers.
He is 5 feet 11 inches and weighs 155 pounds. If you know of his whereabouts, call 911.
