BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police said they made three major arrests in a 24 hour period earlier this week.

Two suspects were taken into custody December 8.

Brandon Cowan, 36, was wanted for the November 25 shooting of a 19-year-old man on Christian Street.

That same day, 40-year-old Keith Gregory Taylor was arrested for the alleged April 19 murder of 23-year-old Jazzeind Kashif Fulton.

A day later in the state of Ohio, Cleveland Police arrested Timothy Horsey, 27.

He's accused of gunning down Lamont Clifton Randall on October 11, in the 600 block of Cumberland Street.

All three men are being held at the Central Booking Intake Facility without bail.
