BALTIMORE — The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra is getting into the Halloween spirit.
On Wednesday, they held a pop up event to promote their upcoming "Skull and Bones Fusion Concert".
The BSO will perform with Baltimore's wordsmith and composer and conductor Steve Hackman.
