BALTIMORE COUNTY, md. — Baltimore County Police are investigating a crash in Upperco today that killed a bicyclist.
Police say just after 2:30 p.m. a Toyota Matrix was driving on Mount Carmel Road near Pleasant Meadow Road behind a bicyclist.
The Toyota hit the rear of the bicycle and the bicyclist fell. The bicyclist, 21-year-old Isaac Scharbach of the 16000 block of Dark Hollow Rd., 21155 was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Toyota remained at the scene.
