MIDDLE RIVER, Md. — Police are offering a cash reward for help in solving a shooting last year at Mo's Seafood in Middle River.
The incident happened October 2, at 9727 Pulaski Highway.
Investigators have obtained surveillance of the suspected shooter and the vehicle he was supposedly driving.
