BALTIMORE — The Fourth of July is a time for celebration for some, but for one Baltimore family, the fourth of every month is a reminder of the last day they saw their loved ones.

Sharience and Joanna Clark, a mother and daughter, were last seen on February 4, 2017 near their Cherry Hill home. Now, outside of their apartment sits a small memorial, a symbol of hope.

On Thursday, WMAR-2 News spoke with Margaret Tucker, the mother and grandmother of these women, who says she wants justice and for them to be found.

"You need foot action, you need to get on the street, that's how you find them," Tucker said.

Police stated that their disappearance was suspicious and they suspect foul play, but no arrests have been made.

If you have any information about the case, call 1-800-LOST or Baltimore Police.
