FREDERICK, Md. (WMAR) — A customer made a gruesome discovery inside a Weis Market bathroom stall on Wednesday.
It happened just before 5 p.m. at the Spring Ridge store in Frederick.
The customer walked into the men's bathroom and found an adult male bleeding profusely from an apparent gunshot wound.
Weis staff was notified and called 911. Arriving medics pronounced the man dead at the scene after unsuccessful attempts to save his life.
Investigators later found a handgun and a note inside the stall where the man was found and determined that he committed suicide.
The victim was 25-years-old.
