BALTIMORE — Tomorrow is the national day for murder victims and two Baltimore groups plan to honor the victims and the families still mourning.
Let's Thrive Baltimore and Restoring the Village Project are holding a remembrance event with poetry, music singers and dancers.
The event is at Druid Hill Park at the liberty pavilion from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
