Baltimore County Police have found a 4 year old boy walking along Eastern Ave and Taylor Ave in Essex around 2 a.m.
The boy knows his name is Sammy but does not know his home address.
He told officers he left his house to get candy at a nearby store. A passer-by saw the boy calling for his mommy at that intersection and called 911. After an exhaustive search for his home, police were unable to locate the house.
Sammy is in good spirits and police are asking for the public’s help to locate his parents.
