ARBUTUS, Md. — A 29-year-old Florida man was struck and killed by a tractor-trailer after his own truck became disabled Tuesday night on I-95 in Arbutus.
It happened around 9:25 pm on the southbound side at I-195.
Police say Jacob Marshall Dalton was able to get his Ford Ranger to the right shoulder, but for some reason stepped in the roadway resulting in him being hit.
Dalton died at Shock Trauma.
The tractor-trailer driver remained on scene.
Police are still investigating the official cause of the crash.
