BALTIMORE — On Friday, Joel Gamble and his foundation, The Joel Gamble Foundation, donated face shields to two local schools: Green Street Academy in West Baltimore and Matthew Henson Elementary in Northwest Baltimore.

James Davis, the program's chairman, says this is just the latest step they're taking to help students during the pandemic.

"We've given over 150 computers to kids since the pandemic started, we've made sure they have EDNA access when school started, said Chairman Davis."Today, we're making sure they're safe with their personal protective equipment."

This is just the latest education assistance from Gamble and his foundation. Over the summer he helped teach a 7-week virtual summer camp.
