HARFORD COUNTY — The Harford road bridge is back open to traffic after a four-year construction project.
The new bridge has one lane of traffic in each direction and dedicated bike and bus lanes.
The department of transportation says it has to finish landscaping for the project.
Officials say there will be a public ceremony to celebrate sometime this fall.
