HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. — Havre de Grace Police are looking for missing vulnerable adult last seen at the Harford Memorial Hospital on September `17, just before 10 p.m.
Whitney Murphy has a history of mental health disorders and is a vulnerable adult. Police ask if you have seen her to call police at 410-939-2121.
