TIMONIUM, Md. — During these difficult times it's important for us to all stick together and help if we can.
That's exactly was Amigos of Baltimore County is doing.
On Sunday, they held their fifth food drive for immigrant families at the Maryland State Fairgrounds.
They provided food and other necessary supplies that many couldn’t find anywhere else.
“Immigrant families are the ones who haven’t really qualified for any government assistance and they lost their jobs and they have no means right now. So, I’ve had a lot of phone calls and messages of women pretty much saying that they need food for their families of they need pampers."
During the past four Sundays alone, Amigos of Baltimore County in cooperation with 4MyCity, has provided food for over 4,000 immigrant families and other families.
