BALTIMORE — The Baltimore City health department is working with an organization to help COVID-19 patients who are homeless.
The department is working with the Helping Up Mission to help people who are not already with a shelter or residential program.
The helping up mission helps men and women who are fighting addiction and homelessness to get their lives back on track.
