A Virginia man is facing multiple gun charges after a woman said he pointed a gun at her during a road rage incident on Friday.

Uliyahu Ben'Arie Hayah, 41, is being charged with the use of a firearm in a felony, possession of an assault weapon, illegal possession of a handgun in a vehicle, illegal possession of a handgun, first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.

A woman told police she was driving in I-95 near the Prince George's County and Howard County lines around 2:00 p.m. when a man driving a black Chevy Traverse pointed a handgun at her.

Troopers made an investigatory stop at I-95 North and Route 216 of a car matching the description the woman had said. While interviewing the driver, troopers saw he was sitting on a handgun.

A further investigation revealed that Hayah had two rifles, one of which was automatic, along with a shotgun and ammunition in the car.

Hayah was arrested at the scene and taken to the College Park Barrack.
