BAY BRIDGE — On Sunday, September 27, Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Police say they were alerted about video showing reckless and dangerous driving on social media. The investigation confirmed that the incident occurred on the Bay Bridge September 27.
Officers say 22-year-old Gary Ray Montague Jr. of Dumfries, Va.
is the suspected driver of the vehicle in the video.
On Tuesday, September 29, Montague was charged with four counts of disorderly conduct and 23 traffic violations. Traffic charges include reckless driving, willfully damaging a highway anddriving a motor vehicle in a manner intended to cause skidding.
