Gil Leisher's granddaughter was a bit freaked out by the cicadas popping up around the state, so he did something to show her they are harmless. Leisher gathered up a few, put them into place on his face and took a selfie for her!
According to his daughter Laura, the granddaughter is "beyond freaked out" now, but the kind gesture to make his granddaughter feel comfortable shouldn't go unnoticed!
