BALTIMORE — The Maryland SPCA, which first began as an organization to help work horses in Baltimore after the Civil War is celebrating their 150th year of service.
On Monday, the campus on Falls Road held behind the scenes tours with employees saying this is an opportunity to tell people about what they're doing now and what they have planned in the future.
In July, the SPCA held a groundbreaking ceremony for improvements coming to the campus. The main administrative building is being redeveloped.
