ARBUTUS, Md. — A 61-year staple of Arbutus is closing its doors.
September 12 will be the last day Mike's Pizza House opens.
Outside the business is a large banner that reads, "On behalf of Mr. Mike and the Tiso Family it has been an honor and a pleasure to serve you through the years. Our heartfelt thanks to the community of Arbutus and your unwavering support."
Mike's was initially going to close September 5, but was later extended by a week.
