HOWARD COUNTY, Md. — A multi-car crash in Howard County has shut down part of Route 32, police say six vehicles were involved.
The collision was reported at around 2:47 p.m. on Monday. One driver was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger, an adult woman was taken to Shock Trauma with serious injuries.
Two others were taken to Howard County General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Route 32 is expected to remain closed in both directions for an extended period of time
Traffic is being detoured around the area.
