BALTIMORE — One person is dead and another is in critical condition following a Thursday morning crash in Baltimore City.
It involved a single vehicle in the 100 block of South Central Avenue, just after 6:30am.
The 33-year-old driver died on scene, while the passenger remains hospitalized with critical injuries.
Police are still investigating the cause.
