BALTIMORE — Following a federal lawsuit filed by the Penthouse Club, Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott has agreed to lift his executive order forcing live adult entertainment clubs to remain shut down.

The clubs will now be permitted to reopen at 3 pm Friday at 25 percent capacity.

Club performers will have to wear masks and social distance from customers.

Adult entertainment clubs are the last businesses in Baltimore that have yet to reopen.
