BALTIMORE — A 19-year-old has been arrested in connection to an assault that happened Saturday in the 1900 block of Mt. Royal Terrace.
According to police, a woman was sprayed in the face with an unknown liquid after refusing services from a squeegee worker.
Officers were able to locate the suspect. During the suspect's arrest, officers seized a loaded handgun from his waistband.
