JOPPA, Md. — Maryland State Police arrested an Aberdeen man after he allegedly pointed a gun at another driver who cut him off, on Tuesday afternoon.

The victim claims she was in the area of U.S. 40 and Joppa Farm Road, when she swerved to avoid a pothole.

That apparently caused the victim to cut into the lane of 46-year-old Robert Hays Salsbery.

Angry that he'd been cut off, Salsbery allegedly pulled up next to the victim and pointed a gun before speeding off.

Police later located and arrested Salsbery at US 40 and Edgewood Road.

Troopers recovered a Ruger .380 caliber handgun inside his vehicle.

Ten more guns were later seized from Salsbery's home when it was learned that someone else living there was prohibited from having them.

Salsbery is currently being held without bail at the Harford County Detention Center.
