KENT ISLAND, Md. — An animal cruelty investigation is underway after a disturbing video surfaced on social media.
The four second Facebook video shows a man driving while holding what appears to be a baby duckling or chick. He then throws it out the window of the moving car.
MDTA Police detectives believe the incident happened Saturday around 6:30 p.m. on the westbound span of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
