BALTIMORE — A man was shot at after throwing a bag of leaves at two dirt bike riders Saturday afternoon in Fells Point.
Around 5:42 p.m., the man threw the leaves at the riders, and one of the riders shot at the man with a handgun.
Police say the man was not injured and the dirt bike riders fled on Aliceanna Street.
This incident is still under investigation.
