OWINGS MILLS, Md. — Residents may have awoken to a large police presence in Owings Mills Thursday morning.
Baltimore County Police sent their crisis negotiation and tactical teams over to the 400 block of Doe Meadow Drive, for a barricade situation.
No specific details about the incident were released, but officials say it's been resolved and that one person was taken into custody.
