COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) - Maryland Rep. Elijah Cummings will deliver the winter commencement address at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Cummings will speak Tuesday during the ceremony at Xfinity Center in College Park.
Cummings, a Democrat, also will receive an honorary doctorate for public service from Maryland's flagship campus. The congressman's office says he has received 12 other honorary degrees from universities around the country.
