BALTIMORE — Ruth Chris is giving back to our front-line workers.
The restaurant is giving first responders a free boxed meal. It included a choice of a steak or chicken sandwich with an apple and chips.
They passed out more than 3,000 meals Monday.
"It's exciting from the standpoint of all the difficult things we're going though right now as a society. To see the team, get together and do something this productive and help the people on the front lines. This is really neat stuff,” said James Mitich.
Next Wednesday, Ruth Chris will provide meals to the Department of Public Works and correctional officers around the state.
