WESTMINSTER, Md — Prosecutors say a man murdered his father-in-law last year, inside a Sykesville business they ran together.
It happened the morning of May 3, inside Retro Environmental in the 5300 block of Enterprise Street.
Carroll County deputies arrested Michael Anthony Brown on Monday, more than a year after the incident.

He allegedly shot and killed 56-year-old Robert Gurecki, who was President and CEO of the company which specializes in remediation and demolition.
Brown was Gurecki's son-in-law, and the two were apparently business partners.
Detective's didn't release any possible motive.
